What credentials, experience, and expertise do I have that enables me to offer this service?
I am a 35 year veteran of the mortgage lending industry, with an extensive background in mortgage and lending services. For 20+ years, I was also a licensed IL Real Estate Appraiser. During the last decade, I have also been a Certified IL Financial Planner.
I believe that my unique background and blend of education bring great benefit to my clients, both prior to the beginning of their processing, during their mortgage processing, and post-closing ... providing them a broader vision of the benefit of their home purchase and mortgage. It also enables them (through my guidance and expertise) with a stronger future financial tool through their choice of mortgage program.

I pursued educating myself above and beyond the normal mortgage industry requirements so I could assist my clients fully in this manner.
